DBR Business Automation is an internal business management system operated by Defined by Rashmi. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and protected.
2. Information We Collect
The system processes business information, including client names, contact numbers, appointments, treatments, payment records, transaction references, studio charges and receipts.
When authorized, the application also accesses relevant data through Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used exclusively to manage client bookings, appointments, payments, business records, studio settlements and payment receipts.
4. Google User Data
Google API data is accessed only with account authorization and used to provide the application's stated business functions. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Our use of information obtained through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Storage and Security
Business records may be stored in authorized Google services and a locally managed business database. We take reasonable measures to restrict access to authorized personnel and protect information from unauthorized use.
6. Information Sharing
Information is not sold to third parties. Relevant information may be shared with authorized business personnel, the
respective client, or when required by law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Business information is retained as necessary for operational, accounting and legal purposes. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be submitted using the contact details below, subject to applicable retention requirements.
